Thirteen years in construction taught Nick Vargo that better tools mean better days for the people using them. As Director of OpX at RO, he leads with data to develop project-delivery methods that help scale how we work. But for Nick, the real job is listening. Understanding what's frustrating a team, what's slowing them down, and what would genuinely help. He wants the processes and tools we build to improve people's lives, not just at work, but at home. When someone gets to leave earlier, less stressed, and more present with their family, that's the win.
