A people person by nature, Carolyn Karabinos serves as RO’s Director of Client Relations for the Austin and San Antonio regions. In her role, she helps to make connections to ensure the right people are involved with a project. Carolyn received a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and has worked in the industry for almost two decades.

When she isn’t hosting on the weekends, you will likely find her traveling, cooking, hanging out with her daughters, or spending time on the water. Carolyn states RO’s company culture is her favorite part of her job.
