RO interns do work that matters. You’ll spend time on active projects, learn how decisions get made, and see the full lifecycle from planning to closeout. That means site walks, sitting in on coordination conversations, and hands-on work with RFIs, submittals, drawings, and schedules. You’ll leave with real reps, a stronger resume, and a clearer sense of where you want to grow in construction.
