Cristian Jaramillo

With 12 years of industry experience and nearly six years at RO, Cristian leads environmental, health and safety efforts across the Austin region. Working closely with Safety Managers and RO leadership, he strengthens policies and procedures to promote consistency and build a strong safety culture across all projects. Cristian takes a coaching-first approach to safety, empowering teams to understand the “why,” take ownership and look out for one another.

Cristian holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is also a Certified Safety and Health Official and Safety, Health and Environmental Professional through UT Arlington, as well as a Construction Health and Safety Technician through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

RO’s core values closely align with Cristian’s outlook on life, making the company feel like home. Outside of work, he’s a surprisingly great salsa dancer.
