Alan Codina

Alan Codina serves as President of the Austin and San Antonio regions, where he oversees operations, builds strategic partnerships, and supports teams in delivering exceptional results across Central and South Texas.

With more than 32 years at Rogers-O’Brien, Alan brings continuity, perspective, and a practical understanding of how work moves from preconstruction through completion. He began his career as a Project Engineer and advanced through both field and office roles, shaping a leadership approach rooted in firsthand experience and a deep respect for the day-to-day realities of construction.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Alan enjoys soccer, basketball, golf, and tennis, and he’s an avid Texas Longhorn fan. He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
