Rick Brown has spent more than 33 years building, and over six of those at RO.

As a Field Director, he ensures superintendents and project managers have the support and resources they need to deliver for clients. For Rick, the work is about investing in people and their legacies. He’s focused on teaching the next generation of builders and leaving the industry in a more productive place than when he started. He believes in giving back to communities through the projects we build.
