With 14 years in the construction industry, Chase Powell serves as Regional Safety Director for RO’s mission critical projects.

He leads project and safety teams in developing and implementing site-specific safety programs, training, and emergency preparedness plans. From orientations for staff and trade partners to mentoring RO’s Safety Managers, Chase makes sure safety is not just a policy but a daily practice.

What drives Chase is RO’s relentless commitment to safety and its people-first culture. He believes leadership is about mentorship, collaboration, and accountability, empowering teams to take ownership while knowing they have full support behind them. In high-risk environments like data centers and large-scale infrastructure, Chase is focused on raising the standard of safety through proactive, people-driven culture change.
