Antonio Rodriguez

Field Director, Mission Critical
Antonio Rodriguez

Antonio brings a straightforward approach and a people-first mindset to his role as Field Director for Mission Critical at Rogers-O’Brien. With experience spanning from superintendent to executive leadership roles, he focuses on developing teams, improving operational efficiency, and creating a supportive working environment for mission-critical projects across Texas.

Direct, strong, and kind, Antonio believes effective leadership means setting clear expectations while helping people grow. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching teams, finding creative ways to improve schedules, and building an environment where people can do their best work. For Antonio, what sets RO apart is its people, from senior leadership to field crews, and the opportunity to build stronger teams together.

Born in Mexico and raised in Georgia, Antonio spends much of his time outside work at the gym or with his daughter. He’s a New York Yankees fan who appreciates a home-cooked meal, especially chiles rellenos. And if you pull up beside his truck during his commute, there’s a good chance you’ll catch him singing along.
