As Field Director, Brian Luney oversees all field operations for RO’s mission critical projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Passionate about building a better Texas, Brian brings both dedication and vision to each RO project he oversees. With over 30 years of construction experience and 20 years with RO, Brian brings both dedication and vision to each project he oversees.

Known for his collaborative spirit and passion for building a better Texas, Brian is committed to excellence in all aspects of field operations. When not on the job, he enjoys spending time on his land with his two dogs, Carol and Waylon, and traveling with his family.
