Originally from Sinton, Texas, he oversees field operations, ensuring projects finish on time, safely, and to the highest standards. He collaborates with the project director while prioritizing training, mentorship, and strong industry partnerships. Committed to innovation, Eric believes RO’s use of technology sets it apart, improving efficiency and collaboration. Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with family and friends, grilling, and traveling.
