A Houston native, Jordan Buck is RO’s Director of Business Development in Houston, leading with a relationship-first approach grounded in trust, curiosity, and follow-through. A graduate of Texas Christian University, he brings 16 years of sales experience and Sandler Enterprise Selling certification to the role. He listens first, solves problems thoughtfully, and builds partnerships that last. Above all, Jordan is motivated by work that has lasting impact and the opportunity to help build a better, stronger, and safer Texas.

When he isn’t working, Jordan can usually be found spending time outside with his son.
