Originally from Toronto in Ontario, Canada, Kevin Porter supports the members of the RO family as Vice President of People Services. He believes that by ensuring the effective and efficient execution of RO’s People Services, we can better serve our clients as Texas’ Premier Builder. Porter received his degree from Abilene Christian University in Human Resource Management, and has applied this knowledge to the construction industry for over 21 years.

Porter enjoys telling dad jokes and spending time with his wife and five children. His free time is spent supporting his full house, including their two dogs and three chickens.
