Ross Daly

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Ross brings a global perspective and deep expertise to his role as Vice President of Safety at RO. A Board-Certified Safety Professional (BCSP), Ross has been with RO for nearly 18 years and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s proactive approach to safety. He works closely with field operations and marketing to align safety practices with day-to-day execution and communication, while also collaborating across departments to strengthen RO’s safety culture. His leadership has helped RO stay ahead of industry trends, including the transition from hard hats to helmets, mental health awareness, and life-saving commitments.

When he’s not on a job site, you can find Ross golfing, hiking, or tackling DIY projects, often alongside his wife and three kids, and (ideally) somewhere cool enough to beat the Texas heat.
