A Native Texan, Regional Safety Director Jose Garza takes a proactive approach to environmental, safety, and health programs at RO to maintain and protect the health and safety of both employees and the public.

Jose has more than 12 years of industry experience and continues his education by earning various safety certificates, including OSHA 500, OSHA 510 and more. A family man to his core, Jose measures success in his people getting home to their families safe and sound each day.

When not with the RO family, you can find Jose working out, fishing with his sons, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys—no bandwagon fans here!
