Cisco Hobbs

Cisco is responsible for ensuring success as measured by overall client satisfaction, on-time delivery, conformance to project budget and ensuring a quality installation of work. In the industry since 1985 and with Rogers-O’Brien since 1993, Cisco brings a broad base of construction experience to our clients, holding positions in estimating, project management, field operations and business development. He communicates and advocates Rogers-O’Brien company initiatives, identifies project risks and proposes solutions, mentors younger staff, and is committed to building and maintaining client relationships.

Cisco is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in construction engineering technology. He contributes his knowledge to organizations focused on quality healthcare environments, including the Texas Association of Healthcare Facility Managers and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers. He is also committed to maintaining quality education through active involvement with the American Council for Construction Education and serving on the Texas State University Advisory Board. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Cisco spending time with his wife and three children.
