Cain Young

Cain Young, a Birmingham, Alabama native and Auburn University graduate with an MA in Construction Science, is dedicated to his craft and his clients. As Project Director, Cain oversees every aspect of project management—from initial planning to final delivery. He ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Cain collaborates closely with the Field Director to allocate resources, manage risks, and build strong client relationships, always aiming for complete client satisfaction. With full project authority, Cain ensures each project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with RO’s commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Cain enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and tackling personal construction projects.
