In this role, he manages projects from conception to delivery, working closely with Field Directors to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality work. For Andrew, the work is personal. The relationships he’s built at RO go beyond professional connections, and that camaraderie drives him to show up for the people he works alongside every day. He wants his work to contribute to everyone it touches: end users, clients, and most of all, his colleagues.
