3700M is a large mixed-use development in the West Village district of Uptown Dallas. Ideally at the corner of McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street, this walkable, vibrant neighborhood covers an entire city block and is next to existing shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The three buildings feature 381 apartments within a 21-story residential tower and two five-story buildings totaling 801,334 SF. The project also includes 37,000 SF of retail on the ground level. A six-story, split-level parking garage accommodates 800 vehicles. This project won a TEXO Distinguished Building Award and an AGC Texas Building Branch Residential Multifamily Award.
