North Rim Corporate Campus

Phase 1 of the North Rim Corporate Campus brought 212,000 SF of five-story elevated concrete office and a seven-level, 1,155-car parking garage to a 16-acre site along San Antonio’s North IH-10 corridor. The phase consists of a 212,000 SF, five-story elevated concrete office building and a seven-level, 1,155-car parking garage. Phase 2 includes a 141,700 SF, four-story, elevated concrete office building, a seven-level 762-car garage, and three free-standing restaurants. The campus was designed to feel walkable from end to end, tied into the City of San Antonio’s planned expansion of the Leon Creek Greenway so the spaces between the buildings work as hard as the buildings themselves.
