Fortune 5 E-Commerce Firm Distribution Center

This 200,000 SF tilt-wall distribution facility on a 50-acre site in Frisco, Texas was built for a Fortune 5 e-commerce firm. The project included 13,000 SF of office space inside the warehouse, eight drive-through canopies, 16 dock doors, and 1,800 parking spaces.

The schedule was the headline. Site work, tilt-wall construction, office build-out, dock and canopy work, and a parking field big enough for a stadium all moved from groundbreaking to turnover in about six months. We worked closely with the developer, Blue Star Development Company, to keep trades sequenced, materials moving, and the site clear enough for the next crew to start the minute the last one finished. When the facility opened, it joined one of the country’s busiest distribution networks.
