Niagara Bottling Facilities

Niagara Bottling has been expanding across Texas, and Rogers-O’Brien has been part of that growth since 2015. We work alongside Choate Construction on the Niagara portfolio, partnering as fellow members of the Citadel National Construction Group to give Niagara one team, one standard, and the regional depth to keep pace with their plans.

Across seven Texas facilities in Lancaster, Seguin, Temple, Baytown, and Dallas, the work has totaled more than 3.5 million square feet. New tilt-wall bottling plants. A 600,000 square foot tilt-wall storage warehouse. Freezer and cooler retrofits. Renovations to keep existing lines running strong.

On some projects, RO holds the contract. On others, Choate leads, with RO providing the field superintendents and supervision Niagara has come to count on. After more than a decade together, the partnership continues because the work keeps delivering.
