Rogers-O’Brien is currently working on the DISD Bond Bid Package #008 for the H. Grady Spruce High School, which broken into two phases.  Phase 1 consists of 22,500 SF of new classroom and support spaces.  Additional work includes a 129,000 SF existing roof replacement; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; and site work that features new sanitary sewer and domestic water lines.  Phase 2 includes reinforced concrete drive, new parking and sidewalks, landscaping and renovation of existing building for the creation of new classrooms and more.
