SMU Cox School of Business

The 235,000 SF renovation and expansion of SMU’s Cox School of Business marked a major step forward for the university’s academic footprint. Designed by GFF to match SMU’s Georgian-style architecture, the project unifies three buildings into one learning environment and adds a new 80,000 SF structure to support future growth.

The updated space integrates advanced technology and reimagines how students and faculty connect. Cluster classrooms support real collaboration, Bloomberg Terminals and a live stock ticker prepare students for industry, and flexible study areas, modern workstations, a new auditorium, and upgraded event spaces give the school room to host the next generation of business leaders. The project also continues a trusted partnership with SMU and the GFF team, grounded in quality and shared vision.
