Watermark Community Church

Watermark Community Church transformed its Dallas campus into a versatile hub for worship, community, and connection across three construction phases, with OMNIPLAN serving as the architect. Phase I renovated a 150,000 SF, eight-story tower for administrative and support offices. Phase II added a 70,000 SF worship building featuring a 2,100-seat interim sanctuary, multiple meeting rooms, a generous double-height lobby, and an 8,000 SF outdoor fountain that doubles as a baptismal pool. Phase III delivered a 150,000 SF addition that includes a 3,500-seat main sanctuary, a 350-seat chapel, and a flexible 500-seat multipurpose room. A new 20,000 SF town center sits at the heart of the campus, connecting the worship center to the children’s building with stone and stained concrete flooring, a stone fireplace and casual seating, a coffee bar, a welcome center, and gathering spaces that give the church a warm, communal center.
