Nestled in downtown Waco right beside the iconic Magnolia Silos, RO constructed the welcoming Marriott AC Hotel. The scope of this project includes 107,689 SF of hotel space, an 111,676 SF parking garage, and a 23,370 commercial retail building with a rooftop patio.

The five-story hotel hosts 182 rooms and outdoor amenities such as a swimming pool with private trellis cabanas and a courtyard complete with fire pits. The interior boasts extensive amenities, including an inviting lobby, a ballroom, bar, fitness center, library, conference rooms, a full-service kitchen, and various dining options.
