Houston Methodist Cinco Ranch Comprehensive Care Center

Richmond, TEXAS

Rogers-O'Brien delivered the Houston Methodist Cinco Ranch Comprehensive Care Center, a three-story, 65,580-square-foot medical office building in Richmond, TX. Completed in early 2026 on an accelerated schedule, this greenfield healthcare construction project brings Imaging, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, Same Day Clinic, Laboratory Services, Blood Draw, Orthopedics, Specialty Care, and Primary Care under one roof.
Purpose-built to support outpatient care and community health access, the facility reflects a patient-centered design approach across all three floors. Strong collaboration between Rogers-O'Brien and BSA LifeStructures was central to delivering the project on an accelerated timeline, with consistent communication and early coordination helping the team navigate the complexities of a multispecialty medical facility from the ground up.
Located in Fort Bend County, one of the fastest-growing regions in the Greater Houston area, the center positions Houston Methodist to meet increasing demand for multispecialty ambulatory care close to home.
