Currently under construction, the Baylor Scott & White (BSW) Medical Office Building II consists of a 100,000 SF, four-story medical office building. It features a 25,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center on the second floor, equipped with four ORs and two shelled ORs for future expansion, along with prep rooms, recovery bays, central sterile capabilities, and essential support spaces. The building will include 75,000 SF of clinic space including Nephrology, Allergy, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Pediatrics, PT/OT, Cosmetic Surgery, Sleep Center, & Lab Space. 

The project is expected to be competed in spring of 2025.
