The Healthpeak Medical City McKinney project involves the development of a modern five-story, 125,000 SF medical office building (MOB) accompanied by a new adjacent parking lot. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the project consists of core and shell construction, with 50,000 SF allocated for tenant improvements to be completed concurrently.

The initial phase of the project will focus on constructing the new parking lot, which will provide access to the MOB footprint, located within the existing employee parking area. The building’s design will harmonize with the aesthetics of the surrounding campus while maintaining a distinct and unique architectural character. Upon completion, the facility will offer outpatient services, including diagnostic imaging, OB-GYN, behavioral health, and more. 

This project is expected to be complete in Summer of 2025.
