Project Win Announcement: 1300 East 5th Street in Austin, Texas

RO is excited to continue its work in east Austin with the construction of the 125,000 square foot office building and accompanying 121,000 square foot parking garage. At its completion the office building will stand three-stories tall. We're proud to be a construction partner alongside the CIM Group and sixthriver architects. 

Rogers-O'Brien recently completed construction on the neighboring Saltillo development which will offer the future office tenants walkable access to shops, dining and more.
