A New Chapter in a Historic Space: RO’s New Home in Downtown San Antonio

RO has officially settled into a new home in the heart of downtown San Antonio! Nestled in the historic former Dry Goods Building, our new 6,600 SF space is a seamless blend of historic charm and modern functionality, perfectly designed to support our team and the projects that drive our vision forward.

Being downtown positions us closer to the action, just blocks away from key projects and our next-door neighbor, client Weston Urban. This proximity enhances connectivity, allowing our teams to collaborate more effectively, whether it’s a quick check-in at the office or a strategic planning session in one of our new conference rooms.

Under close guidance from the Historical Society, we carefully preserved elements like original walls, doorways, and columns, maintaining the building’s architectural integrity. At the same time, modern features were thoughtfully introduced to create an environment that is light-filled, collaborative, and welcoming. From shared workspaces to a vibrant common area complete with a kitchen and even a ping-pong table, every detail reflects RO’s values of innovation, teamwork, and community.

Our move downtown goes beyond better logistics and a beautiful space.
