RO’s project team celebrated the topping out of the Westin Southlake with a BBQ lunch on October 28. Designed by OWT Architects, the hotel includes 261 guest rooms and approximately 50,000 square feet of meeting and amenity space.

The Rogers-OBrien Construction (RO) project team held a celebratory BBQ lunch to mark the achievement of the construction milestone known as topping out on Wednesday, October 28. Topping out is one of the oldest traditions in the construction industry. It celebrates the completion of the highest point in the building, and typically marks the halfway milestone in the construction schedule. This is an exciting development for the Southlake, Texas community, and is slated to be completed in 2021.

About the Westin Southlake Hotel

RO is proud to be the premier builder of the Westin Hotel, designed by OWT Architects. The luxury hotel will encompass 261 guest rooms, and approximately 50,000 square feet of conference rooms, ballrooms, and other amenities
