RO spearheaded the build-out of a cutting-edge Intensive Care Unit on the second floor, transforming a shell space into a fully functional ICU with the infrastructure, systems, and finishes required for critical care. The team also completed targeted renovations to existing surgery suites to improve workflow, upgrade equipment needs, and support modern surgical practices. This project is part of RO’s ongoing partnership with Baylor Scott & White to deliver high-quality healthcare environments across Texas.
