A Texas native and Project Director in the Austin and San Antonio region, Charlie Hamilton oversees multiple projects, to ensure a successful delivery. He received a degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and applies this knowledge when coordinating collaboratively with the RO project teams, architects, engineers, and owners.

When he’s not with the RO family, Hamilton spends his time outdoors hunting, shooting and spending time with his family.
