A man that takes “Safety Starts with Me” to heart, Paul Roberts considers it his mission to ensure the health and safety of his employees, as well as the public. Paul brings more than 18 years of industry experience, an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Texas State Technical College, and numerous OSHA training certifications including OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 to his role as Regional Safety Director.

When not with the RO family, you can find Paul repurposing “old stuff,” spending time with his wife and Jack Russell terrier Winston and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
