As the Director of Preconstruction for the Austin and San Antonio regions, Tim Simpson coordinates with our project teams and valued trade partners to win work. He obtained a business degree from Oklahoma University, and has taken graduate classes for construction management. He has been in the industry for over 24 years, and applies the knowledge gained to ensure proper and efficient execution of RO’s preconstruction efforts.

When he is not developing a strategy and implementing a budget to support the team’s plans, Tim enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
