Nelson Sanz leads the preconstruction effort in the Austin region by directing the estimating process, engaging design teams to understand project needs, and managing project coordination. Nelson’s understanding of opportunities and challenges inherent to Central Texas allows him to deliver exceptional service and insight to clients. With more than 22 years of industry experience, a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, Nelson is the man with a plan.

When not in the office, you can find Nelson enjoying Peloton rides, crossword puzzles, exploring the Austin restaurant scene, and cheering on Austin Football Club.
