An Austin native with an impressive 44 years of industry experience, Denny Dinsmore leads the charge as Field Director in the Austin region by creating a collaborative work environment that engages all team members. Working in partnership with the project director, Denny oversees the field operations of projects from start to finish, schedule tasks, develop project plans, monitor progress, manage project resources, and ensure on-time completion while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. He is passionate about the projects he manages and prioritizes mentorship to develop high-performing teams.

When he’s not working hard, Denny enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife.
