As the President of the Austin and San Antonio region, Mike Dempsey leads through action, motivation and drive. He received a degree in Architectural Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin before earning his MBA at Southern Methodist University. A builder by nature, Dempsey states his love of construction started early in life, as he worked on framing homes during summer jobs. This passion to see his accomplishments brought to life through exciting, landscape-changing developments still motivates him today.

In his free time, Dempsey enjoys cheering on the Longhorns, traveling, scuba diving, running around Lady Bird Lake, golfing, and joyriding in his FJ40. He states his most important and rewarding job is raising his two daughters with his wife.
