Todd leads the creation, development, and implementation of products, processes and services, to improve RO’s efficiency, effectiveness and competitive advantage. He applies his business and construction science degrees with his experience in field operation and software development to ensure RO is operating at the highest level. Project Atlas, a software Todd co-created, was acquired by Bluebeam in 2018. Todd was recently named a distinguished recipient of the national Building Design + Construction 2023 40 Under 40 award, recognizing AEC professionals for their achievements in the industry and service to their community.  Additionally, Todd was recently featured in Inc. magazine's article about creative ways to reach skilled talent.

In his free time, you might find Todd spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing or cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
