Emma Parker Kelder, the Vice President of Strategy and Marketing, is the driving force behind our innovative approach to construction marketing and strategic positioning. She champions the implementation of RO’s strategic goals, vision, and purpose by championing comprehensive strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve objectives. Emma activates company-wide strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement, overseeing marketing and communications efforts. Her collaboration with cross-functional teams in executing strategies promotes a highly aligned and loosely coupled workplace. Emma holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and a minor in Visual Communication from Louisiana State University, where she passionately cheered on the Tigers for four years. She cites her favorite aspect of working at our company as the people and takes pride in continually reshaping the perception of marketing in the construction industry, showcasing its value to both our employees and clients.

Her love of travel takes her far and wide in her free time, when she’s not hanging out at home with her husband, son and three dogs. She enjoys visiting her big family and tailgating for college football games.
