Having begun his construction career working hands-on in the field after graduating from Texas Tech University, Johnathon Grammer worked his way up to become a Superintendent before transitioning into his current role as Director of Quality. Wherein he applies his knowledge and experience gained in the field to ensure quality on RO projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston regions.

A proud alumnus, you can find Grammer rooting for the Red Raiders on the weekends, hunting, working on his truck, or spending time with his wife and two kids.
