Following a 28-year career with one of the top healthcare design firms in the U.S., Brian McFarlane serves all four of RO’s regions, as Senior Vice President of Business Development. An architect by profession, McFarlane applies his vast knowledge and over 30 years of experience to help provide RO’s valued clients with development solutions.

McFarlane enjoys doing hands-on projects on the weekends, and spending quality time with his wife and four kids. He loves merging these two hobbies by involving his kids in his projects.
