Meet Seth Campbell, RO's Regional Safety Director and a passionate advocate for safety. With the overarching goal of making sure each employee makes it home safely every day, Seth spearheads RO’s proactive safety initiatives across the Dallas region. Holding multiple OSHA certifications and serving as the current Safety Committee Chair at TEXO, he is committed to protecting both employees and the public. His role includes training, inspections, incident investigations and responses, and overseeing claims management. Seth also approves each trade partner's safety representative, ensuring RO's high safety standards are upheld at all levels of a project. Growing from a summer laborer to RO’s safety leader in the Dallas region, Seth’s journey is a testament to his dedication and impact on the industry.
