As Project Director, Billy spends his time overseeing multiple projects, and is often on the road traveling between them. A proud Red Raider, he graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. In his 26 years in the industry, Billy has worked in the field and in the office, giving him a well rounded point of view helping him ensure the success of each project.
