With an impressive 39 years of industry experience, Steve Pesnell uses his role as Field Director to foster a community of high-performing teams by creating a collaborative work environment. Working in partnership with the project director, Steve oversees the field operations of projects from start to finish, schedules tasks, develops project plans, monitors progress, manages project resources, and drives the team toward completing on time while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Steve takes great pride in his work and believes in the motto his grandfather told him: “A person that can build things can do all things.”

When not in the office, you can find Steve cooking or fishing.
