Jennifer passionately leads as RO’s Vice President of Houston, supporting her team and clients to deliver exceptional projects. After 25 years in the industry, she continues to seek opportunities to learn and further her professional experience. She states her favorite part about working for RO is the people and the teamwork.

When she isn’t on the clock, she spends her time with family and friends exploring and traveling or finding the next hottest restaurant. In the summer you can find her on the beach, or on the water fishing. In the winters she applies her love of construction to refinishing furniture or completing a project around the house.
