Villas on 24th rises 32 stories and 340,000 SF in the West Campus area of the University of Texas at Austin. Rhode Partners designed the high-rise student housing tower, which includes two levels of below-grade parking, three levels of above-grade parking, and 25 levels of apartment units ranging from studios through six-bedroom suites. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor fitness center, a resort-style pool with skyline views, a spa, and a full-length rooftop basketball sky court. A distinctive geometric prefabricated panel system wraps the exterior, creating dynamic shadow and texture across the facade while streamlining installation and shortening the construction timeline.
