Ash Gilliam

Ash Gilliam serves as Vice President of Operations for the San Antonio office, leading efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects across the region. With more than 18 years at RO, Ash brings extensive experience and a hands-on approach to his leadership. Starting his career in the field, he applies the lessons learned to drive operational excellence. After earning a Construction Engineering degree from Texas Tech University, Ash worked his way up through hard work and dedication.

Ash’s favorite part about working at Rogers-O’Brien? “Hands down, we have the best people!” When he’s not working, Ash enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and twin children.
