Joseph Francis

An Aggie through and through, Joseph Francis earned two degrees from Texas A&M University, in both Construction Science and Environmental Design. At RO, he applies the knowledge gained both during college and throughout his 25+ years in the industry as a Project Director for many notable projects in Austin and San Antonio. He is involved throughout the lifecycle of a project, beginning in the preconstruction phase. Joseph also serves as a mentor to his RO teammates, and is always willing to let you pick his brain.

In addition to his role as a Project Director, Joseph has also become known around town as the “RO BBQ Guy,” stemming from his passion for cooking outstanding BBQ for RO’s clients, trade partners and employees.
