Eric McFarland brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as field director for RO’s Houston office. Originally from Alice, Texas, he oversees field operations, ensuring projects finish on time, safely, and to the highest standards. He collaborates with the project director while prioritizing training, mentorship, and strong industry partnerships. Committed to innovation, Eric believes RO’s use of technology sets it apart, improving efficiency and collaboration. Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with family and friends, grilling, and traveling.
